The Apex Board Review is an annual event organised in April-May by the Apex Academia, the academic arm of Apex Kidney Foundation. It is a 4 day event over 12 hrs per day, where interactions between the delegates and the faculty are conducted in an interactive fashion, with a predominantly case based format. The first course was organised in 2010. This is a residential course held at one of the hotels near the Mumbai airport.
In 2016, the prestigious Massachusetts General hospital tied up with the Apex Kidney Foundation.
During the course of the event delegates are asked to answer some Multiple choice questions. Two delegates with the highest scores are chosen to attend a fully funded two week stay at MGH, Boston and get to learn at one of the finest nephro-care hospitals in the world.
